Remote Success Partnership Manager
This role involves fostering long-term relationships with partners, driving business growth and ensuring a seamless onboarding process.
Key responsibilities include:
* Act as a trusted advisor for partners on business matters related to Wialon.
* Foster strong relationships with partners via personal and online meetings.
* Participate in industry-related expos and events.
* Conduct regular communication sessions with partners to provide updates, address concerns and strengthen collaboration.
Additionally, this role requires developing a deep understanding of partners' businesses, market specifics and unique needs. This includes supporting partners in migrating their customers to Wialon and monitoring their business success to identify challenges and opportunities for growth.
The ideal candidate will have a bachelor degree, experience in sales or customer service roles in the IT sphere and full professional proficiency in English, Portuguese and Spanish at a working fluent level. Excellent memory, developed logical thinking and time-management skills are also essential.
