Job Summary:
We are seeking a seasoned Windows Administrator to join our IT operations team in an overnight shift role. The ideal candidate will possess hands-on experience managing Windows environments, troubleshooting system and network issues, and administering core Microsoft infrastructure services.

Key Responsibilities:
* Administer Active Directory, encompassing user and group management, OU structure, and permissions.
* Configure, manage, and troubleshoot Windows-based services such as DNS, DHCP, DFS, and Group Policy Objects (GPOs).
* Perform root-cause analysis and resolve authentication and system performance-related issues.
* Determine and rectify connectivity issues within a Windows environment.
* Collaborate with other IT teams to escalate and resolve complex technical problems as needed.
* Maintain accurate documentation of system configurations and operational procedures.
Qualifications:
* Proven expertise in Windows system administration.
* Strong knowledge of Active Directory and related services.
* Proficiency in managing DNS, DHCP, DFS, and GPOs.
* Effective troubleshooting skills for authentication and performance issues in Windows environments.
* Basic understanding of TCP/IP networking, VLANs, and IP subnetting.
* Able to work independently during overnight hours with minimal supervision.
* Excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Microsoft certifications (e.g., MCSA, MSCE).
* Experience with remote desktop support tools.
* Familiarity with scripting and automation (PowerShell is a plus).
