We are looking for Field Support Engineer CCNA, who lives in Belo Horizonte/MG, and wants to learn and transform his career.
In this role you will:
This Field Support Engineer is responsible for the LAN and WAN networks. On the LAN, they are responsible for addressing, switches, routers, WLAN, AD, DNS, NPM, firewalls, CDNs, load balancers, and NFV. On the WAN, they are responsible for private networks and the internet, and assist in the adoption of network monitoring and data collection tools. They support carrier trunking with the local network.
Pre-requisites:
* Advanced Portuguese & advanced English (both written & speaking)
* Available to work on-site in Belo Horizonte/MG.
* Valid Cisco CCNA or CCNP certification or in process (course completed).
And much better if you stand out for:
* Experience for configuration, troubleshooting, testing, IMAC for access/border/core network for Cisco/HP Family.
* This Family comprises small/medium switches L2/L3, small/medium/large Router L3-L7 for access/edge/core, WLAN Cisco/HP
* This CoE wants coverage firewalls Palo Alto, SASE and understand cybersecurity information
* Identification, testing and built cabling CAT5-9, fiberoptics MM/SM
* Testing for data communication radio & mobile access
* Knowledge for NSX /Virtualization network
* knowledge Fortinet/Huawei for network (LAN/WLAN) and security devices
* Experience MS Windows OS, O365 E1/E3/E5, AD, Single/MFA
* Experience for EndUser support in record, diagnose and solve problems in the scope of microcomputing, hardware, operating systems, telephony, videoconferencing, web conferencing, audio conferencing and related areas, including performing any corrective maintenance on ICT equipment;
* Experience to clarify doubts and guide users regarding the use, availability, installation and configuration of software, applications, information systems (both those in the market and those developed internally), equipment, standards and procedures on the technological environment of the Customer and its use
* identify and immediately report to the Level 2 Service Supervisor critical problems that have significant impacts on the technological environment of Customer, exceptional situations and other situations beyond its control or jurisdiction;
* Perform analysis of the hardware requirements for software installation;
* test functionalities of new equipment, components or peripherals, and prepare configuration and user guides or manuals;
* reinstall the default image on workstations or notebooks, including the process of backing up users' data;
* act in the execution of activities of the asset management process in Customer locations where there are no asset technicians allocated, at times when the Asset Management service is not available or whenever required by supervision.
* VMware NSX Certification.
* Basic knowledge for Zabbix configuration for network devices .
