As a Sales Growth Executive for nutraceutical ingredients in LATAM, you will drive expansion across the region. You will sell to dietary supplement and functional food & beverage industries, developing a high-quality pipeline and long-term customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities Include Managing key accounts across LATAM, fostering senior-level relationships with brand owners, CDMOs/contract manufacturers, and distributors. Develop and execute country- and segment-level territory plans to capture new business opportunities. Present nutraceutical ingredients to customers, clearly articulating benefits, applications, and go-to-market strategies. Collaborate with technical, regulatory, and marketing teams to deliver tailored solutions and product launches. Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify growth potential and protect share. Meet and exceed quarterly/annual sales targets with accurate forecasting and disciplined CRM management. Represent the company at regional trade shows, conferences, and industry events. Provide technical/product support to customers in coordination with internal teams.
