Job Description
Senior IT Technical Recruiters are responsible for sourcing and placing top technical talent for U.S.-based companies in Latin America. They will recruit LATAM-based candidates and support U.S.-based recruiting efforts.
Our ideal candidate has 3-5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a proven track record of recruiting diverse Information Technology roles. They should have a strong understanding of technology trends and a passion for working with technical professionals.
The role requires excellent communication skills in English, with Spanish and/or Portuguese being a plus. High levels of professionalism, integrity, and customer service focus are essential.
* Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviews, feedback, offers, and onboarding.
* Build strong pipelines of both LATAM and U.S.-based technical candidates using creative sourcing strategies.
* Evaluate applicants by comparing qualifications to job requirements and conducting initial screening interviews.
* Post job advertisements across relevant platforms such as LinkedIn, Dice, CareerBuilder, and niche tech sites.
* Partner closely with hiring managers and internal teams to understand role requirements and deliver top candidates quickly.
* Maintain data accuracy in the ATS and track recruiting metrics for reporting and continuous improvement.
* Develop scalable recruiting processes to support the growth of our recruiting operations in LATAM and the U.S.
