About The Role

We seek a results-driven Business Development Manager responsible for achieving revenue targets and fostering growth. You'll develop sales strategies, build a pipeline, manage accounts, and collaborate with teams to close deals and nurture client relationships.


Responsibilities

* Achieve revenue targets and drive growth through sales strategies.
* Convert leads, maintain accurate account information, and log activities in CRM.
* Forecast monthly sales and update pipelines regularly.
* Develop and manage territory business plans, including acquiring new clients, upselling, and renewals.
* Guide prospects through the sales cycle to closure, collaborating with presales and specialists.
* Support onboarding and implementation to ensure seamless customer experience and ongoing revenue.


Requirements

* Experience in business development and account management.
* Proficiency in CRM systems, especially Salesforce.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Proactive in identifying and pursuing new opportunities.
