Senior Product Designer Job Overview
We are seeking a Senior Product Designer to join our team. As a senior member of our product design team, you will be responsible for designing and developing innovative digital products that meet the needs of our customers.
* Your primary responsibility will be to lead end-to-end product design processes, from discovery and research to wireframing, prototyping, and high-fidelity UI design;
* You will partner closely with cross-functional teams, including Product Management and Engineering, to define product requirements and translate them into user-centered design solutions;
* You will design intuitive interfaces for complex software systems, focusing on usability, scalability, and performance;
* You will conduct user research, usability testing, and heuristic evaluations to validate design decisions and optimize user experience;
* You will collaborate with stakeholders to align design goals with business objectives, technical constraints, and customer needs;
* You will create and maintain design systems and UI libraries to ensure consistency and efficiency across the product suite;
* You will stay updated on industry trends and best practices in product design;
* You will mentor junior designers and provide design critique and feedback within the team.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
