Project Management Expert
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of complex initiatives in an agile engineering environment. This role requires a strong understanding of project execution, stakeholder management, and team collaboration.
* Lead end-to-end delivery of projects from planning through execution and completion
* Build and manage delivery plans, including scope, timelines, dependencies, risks, and resource coordination
* Partner with engineering teams to manage work intake, backlog grooming, prioritization, and task tracking
* Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing clear updates and driving alignment across teams
Requirements:
* 5+ years of experience leading delivery for complex projects or initiatives
* Strong experience working in agile environments (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, or similar)
* Hands-on experience using Jira for backlog management and delivery tracking
* Proven ability to work effectively with engineering teams and business stakeholders
This is a hands-on, client-facing role that requires a high degree of autonomy and accountability. The successful candidate will be able to navigate ambiguity and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
