What are we looking for?
At least 4 years of professional experience in Android development;
Hands‑on experience with Coroutines or RxJava;
Ability to write clean, maintainable, and well‑structured code;
Experience working in collaborative development environments;
English level B2 or higher, with the ability to communicate effectively;
Ability to communicate in Portuguese;
Willingness to relocate from Brazil to Portugal;
Available to work in Porto or Lisbon (hybrid work model).

Senior Carrier Business Development Executive

We are looking for a dynamic and proactive Senior Carrier Business Development Executive to join our team.
This role is responsible for driving business growth through new customer acquisition, account management, and strategic carrier partnerships across Voice, A2P messaging, and eSIM mobility products. The position plays a critical role in expanding market penetration, optimizing commercial conditions, and ensuring smooth operational execution in close collaboration with internal, regional, and HQ teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Establish, develop, and expand business relationships with customers and partners across Voice, A2P and/or eSIM mobility products, driving new revenue opportunities and account growth.
Define and execute sales and business development strategies, managing a structured sales pipeline by customer account and region to achieve revenue and market penetration targets.
Manage customer accounts end to end, including commercial negotiations, daily operational follow‑up, service performance review, and after‑sales support.
Develop and manage strategic relationships with global Voice, A2P, and mobile carriers, leading negotiations to secure competitive pricing, routing, capacity, and commercial terms.
Lead carrier and customer contract execution, including onboarding, implementation, performance monitoring, and renewals.
Monitor market trends, customer needs, and carrier performance to identify growth, optimization, and partnership opportunities.
Support the optimization of Voice, A2P and/or eSIM mobility supply networks, ensuring service continuity, cost efficiency, and scalability.
Work closely with internal commercial, technical, and operational teams to ensure smooth end‑to‑end execution from opportunity identification to service activation.
Collaborate with HQ and regional teams to align on sales targets, partnership strategies, and overall business performance.
Analyze commercial and operational performance and prepare sales and performance reports for management review.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
Solid telecommunications experience in the LATAM market.
Fluency in English (written and spoken) is mandatory.
Preferred Requirements:
Advanced to fluent proficiency in Spanish or Mandarin Chinese.
