About Us
We are seeking a skilled linguist to manage interpretation projects, ensuring quality, speed, and cost meet client expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
You will work with clients to identify the best linguist for their project and present their experience in a relevant way.
This involves recruiting new linguists when needed, evaluating profitability and client satisfaction, and syncing up expectations between clients and linguists.
You will also be responsible for chaperoning calls and speaking with clients after projects to ensure they are satisfied.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in a related field
* Fluency in English; fluency in an additional language is a bonus
* Experience with CRM systems
* Excellent written and verbal communication and client service skills
* Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
* Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
* Ability to work effectively in both independent and team environments
* Goal-oriented, driven, and highly motivated to succeed
Work Environment:
This is a fully-remote role where you can work from home. You will work APAC, AMER or EMEA business hours but preferably in your local region.
Weekends and overnights shifts are available with a commensurate increase in compensation.
