Are you looking to work for an innovative and exciting company, 100% remotely?We are looking for a strategic, analytical, and results-driven professional for the position ofCRO Manager .We are looking for aCRO Managerwith strong experience driving revenue growth through conversion rate optimization, user experience improvements, and funnel performance across eCommerce environments, ideally on Shopify.The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying friction points across the customer journey, leading experimentation initiatives, analyzing user behavior, and implementing data-driven recommendations to improve conversion, increase average order value, and reduce abandonment. This person should be comfortable working cross-functionally with eCommerce, design, and development teams to turn insights into measurable business impact.The salary range is$2,000 USD to $2,500 USD per month, depending on the candidate's experience and seniority.Candidates from Latin America are welcome to apply.Candidates in a time zone outside of the Western Hemisphere willNOTbe considered.The role is100% Remote .ALL RESUMES MUST BE SUBMITTED IN ENGLISHResponsibilities: Lead conversion rate optimization initiatives across the Shopify storefront to improve user experience, reduce friction, and drive revenue growth Design, execute, and analyze A/B and multivariate tests across key customer touchpoints Build and prioritize a testing roadmap based on business goals, traffic, and potential impact Optimize landing pages, PDPs, collection pages, cart, and checkout flows to maximize conversion Analyze user behavior using heatmaps, session recordings, funnel analytics, and surveys to identify opportunities for improvement Translate qualitative and quantitative insights into clear hypotheses and actionable optimization initiatives Partner closely with the development team to implement CRO changes and ensure experiments are accurately deployed and QA tested Identify and address drop-off points across the full customer journey, from acquisition through post-purchase Develop initiatives to reduce cart abandonment, increase average order value, and improve repeat purchase rates Provide regular reporting on CRO performance, testing results, and key business metrics Communicate findings, opportunities, and recommendations clearly to internal stakeholders and leadership Conduct competitive research and stay up to date on CRO best practices and industry trendsRequirements:Fluent in English,YOU MUST BE ABLE TO HAVE A FLUENT PROFESSIONAL CONVERSATION IN ENGLISH 3 to 5 years of experience managing a CRO programor a cross-functional optimization team 5+ years of experience as a CRO Specialist, CRO Analyst, or in a similar role with a focus on B2C eCommerce, or a Bachelor's degree plus relevant experience Strong knowledge of CRO principles, UX best practices, and eCommerce conversion frameworks Strong understanding of A/B testing methodology, statistical significance, and experiment design Hands-on experience with Shopify or a comparable eCommerce platform Proven ability to collaborate effectively with development teams on implementation and QA Proficiency using tools such as Google Analytics 4, Hotjar, VWO, Optimizely, Convert, Polar Analytics, Shopify Analytics, or similar platforms Strong ability to read, analyze, and interpret complex data sets, performance reports, and experiment results Ability to identify optimization opportunities and present clear, persuasive recommendations Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills Ability to work with both quantitative and qualitative inputs to develop testable hypotheses Ability to interpret and apply statistical metrics such as conversion rates, confidence intervals, statistical significance, revenue per visitor, and average order value Strong written and verbal communication skills Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-paced remote environmentCore Competencies: Action-oriented Resourceful Collaborative Self-motivated and committed to continuous development Strategic thinker Technically strong and solution-oriented Effective communicator Results-driven and focused on measurable growth
