Senior RPA Developer Role
Practia, a leading business and technology company in Latin America, is looking for an experienced Senior RPA Developer to support the development of strategic automation projects.
As a key contributor to the Intelligent Automation Program, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to automate complex business processes while ensuring high-quality, maintainable, and secure automation solutions. You will be involved in the entire RPA development cycle, starting from reviewing functional documentation, defining development complexity, providing support for solution design and architecture, developing the automation, and supporting testing phases, deployment in production, and hypercare.
The ideal candidate will have seniority, experience, and expertise in automation development, particularly with the Automation Anywhere 360 platform. They should possess a consultative and collaborative approach and enjoy working in an environment that fosters competence, transparency, and trust.
Key Requirements:
* Experience in automation development with Automation Anywhere platform (Minimum of 5 years)
* Automation Anywhere 360 Advanced and Master certifications
* Hands-on experience integrating RPA solutions with APIs, databases, and enterprise applications
* Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, VBScript, or JavaScript
* Experience in designing, developing, and debugging complex automation workflows and implementing robust error-handling mechanisms
* Knowledge of cloud platforms services like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
Nice to Have:
* Integration GenAI/ML, IDP, and APIs into automation workflows for enhanced functionality
* Agile methodology, mainly using Scrum and Kanban
* Fluent in English
