(Required):Experience & Skills1–2+ years of professional experience as a Video Editor in agency, production, or startup environmentsStrong creative instincts for pacing, emotion, timing, and narrative structureProven ability to craft compelling stories from both long-form and short-form footageDemonstrated experience creating content for digital and social media platformsExcellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlinesStrong written and verbal English communication skillsSelf-motivated and able to deliver high-quality work independently with minimal directionTechnical ProficiencyAdvanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro (required)Strong proficiency in Adobe After Effects for motion graphics and animationWorking knowledge of color grading and correctionExperience with sound design and audio mixingReliable hardware setup capable of handling 4K projects and large file workflowsWork RequirementsAvailable to work full-time (40 hours/week)
