We are seeking an Associate Technical Account Manager with solid solar (PV) industry experience to support key clients and ensure high-quality technical and commercial service delivery. You will act as a bridge between customers and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients
* Support account growth through retention, upselling, and cross-selling
* Coordinate with internal teams (technical, sales, logistics) to ensure smooth project execution
* Understand customer needs and provide tailored technical solutions
* Handle customer issues and ensure timely resolution
Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
* 3–5 years of experience in the solar (PV) industry (mandatory)
* Hands-on experience with PV inverters (mandatory)
* Experience managing channel partners or key accounts (mandatory)
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
* Fluent in English
