Job Title: Manager - Financial Reporting Specialist.
At our organization, we are seeking a highly skilled Manager to join our team in the Accounting Advisory & Financial Reporting department. As a key member of our team, you will provide technical accounting advisory services to clients across various industries. Your expertise in IFRS, US GAAP, and other international accounting frameworks will be essential in helping us deliver high-quality financial reporting services to our clients.
Our ideal candidate will have 7+ years of experience in accounting advisory, financial reporting, or external audit, preferably with Big Four or global advisory firm experience. Strong knowledge of IFRS, US GAAP, and other international accounting frameworks is required, along with a CPA, Chartered Accountant, or equivalent certification. Additionally, exposure to multiple industries such as SaaS, manufacturing, retail, infrastructure, and strong problem-solving and analytical skills are highly valued. We also welcome bilingual proficiency in Portuguese, Spanish, or English as an asset.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide technical accounting advisory services including IFRS and US GAAP conversions, financial statement preparation, and complex transaction analysis.
* Assist in advisory engagements related to financial reporting, internal controls, and accounting policy implementations.
* Support CFOs, Controllers, and Finance teams with regulatory compliance, GAAP conversions, and implementation of new accounting standards.
* Conduct research on technical accounting issues and provide recommendations for best practices.
* Assist in M&A transactions by supporting purchase accounting, due diligence, and post-merger financial reporting.
