Client Growth Specialist
The Client Growth Specialist is responsible for overseeing existing customer relationships and exploring opportunities to expand business interactions.
Key Responsibilities:
* Account Expansion: Develop and implement strategic plans to increase revenue growth and enhance client satisfaction.
* Forge and maintain strong connections with key decision-makers at existing customer accounts.
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing client bases.
Sales and Revenue Performance:
* Achieve and surpass assigned sales targets and revenue objectives.
* Promote client retention, renewals, upsells, and cross-sells.
Requirements and Skills:
Proven track record of success in a sales role, preferably in the software industry.
Experience with complex sales cycles, request for proposals, and public tenders.
Strong comprehension of the software development lifecycle and enterprise IT environments.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Native Portuguese speaker, fluent in English (oral and written).
