Responsibilities Project Leadership and System Deployment: Take charge of the implementation of the Brazilian ERP product and lead the localization deployment of the tax system, ensuring stable system operation and business continuity in the Brazilian market. Provide a solid foundation for the company's digital transformation. Requirement Analysis and Solution Design: Conduct in-depth research on Brazilian tax and financial regulations, policy dynamics, and industry best practices. Collaborate with local Brazilian business departments to drive and deliver the collection and analysis of project business requirements, solution design, and system configuration optimization. Promote and deliver product feature iteration and problem resolution. Operation and Maintenance Optimization and Collaborative Work: Work in coordination with local ERP service providers and the company headquarters to jointly optimize localization operation and maintenance (O& M) strategies, and establish an efficient and stable O& M system to ensure smooth system operation in the Brazilian market. Regularly assess the system's operational status, promptly identify and resolve potential issues, and continuously improve user experience and system efficiency through ongoing optimization measures, ensuring that the system meets the rapidly growing business needs in Brazil. Requirements Bachelor's degree or above in IT or a related field. Fluent English is mandatory (daily use). Minimum of 8 years of hands-on experience with ERP management and implementation is required. Expertise in Oracle EBS standard modules (CRM/SCM/Finance).
