Support Engineer for Internal Platform
We are seeking a Support Engineer to assist with the development and maintenance of our internal engineering platform. The role involves supporting factories and end users through ticket handling, training, and regular meetings to understand their needs and pain points.
Your Responsibilities
1. Support the development and maintenance of the engineering platform.
2. Assist factories and end users by handling tickets, providing training, and understanding their requirements through regular meetings.
3. Collaborate with the Technology Team to discuss and analyze Technical Standards.
4. Work with programmers by specifying requirements, supporting implementation, and verifying completed work.
5. Develop test cases to ensure the quality of the engineering platform and lead test sessions with end users.
6. Prepare training materials and conduct training sessions for end users.
Your Background
1. Degree in Engineering.
2. At least 2 years of relevant experience.
3. Solid knowledge of transformers and related product portfolios.
4. Experience in preparing technical documentation, including drawings (e.g., AutoCAD).
5. Proficiency with Office 365 tools, especially Excel, Word, and Teams.
6. Understanding of software development processes and agile frameworks.
7. Ability to work independently towards set goals.
8. Strong planning, execution, and problem-solving skills.
9. Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
10. Experience working collaboratively in teams and providing constructive feedback.
