About the Role
We are looking for a strategic yet hands-on professional to lead the Internal Communications function in Brazil.
This person will be responsible for building bridges across teams, strengthening Keeta's culture, and developing initiatives that elevate employee engagement and experience — from onboarding to recognition.
Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and continuously evolve the internal communications strategy, aligned with Keeta's cultural pillars and People team objectives;
Develop campaigns, content, and internal channels that foster engagement, active listening, and transparency at all organizational levels;
Promote meaningful connections between leadership, field teams, and global employees;
Co-lead Employer Branding initiatives in partnership with Talent Acquisition, Marketing, and other areas;
Measure and analyze communication metrics to drive data-based decisions and continuous improvement;
Leverage technology (including AI) to personalize and scale internal communication efficiently;
Support internal events, internal marketing initiatives, and employee recognition and celebration moments;
Connect and adapt communication strategies across multiple cultural contexts.
Requirements
Solid experience in Internal Communications, with both strategic and hands-on execution;
Experience with Employer Branding and organizational culture projects;
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in communication and engagement metrics;
Experience in dynamic, fast-building environments (tech company background preferred);
Excellent writing and storytelling skills for diverse audiences;
Ability to work collaboratively in multicultural environments;
Advanced English (essential for working with global stakeholders).

Nice to Have
Experience in companies at an early operational stage in Brazil (stage 0?1), especially in high-growth contexts;
Previous experience in Chinese companies or working within multicultural environments influenced by Asian structures and dynamics.
