About the Role:
* This leadership position involves technical leadership, project management, and people management.
* As a leader, you will be responsible for managing complex and multi-disciplinary projects, ensuring quality, performance, and security.
* You will also oversee project metrics, remove blocks, manage risks, report project status, collect and apply lessons learned, propose changes to the existing SW Development process to achieve better results.
* The role requires strong people management skills, including evaluations, IDP, feedback, 1:1s, ensuring processes are followed, improving productivity, technical and soft skills, motivating the team, providing career direction, hiring, and dismissal processes.
* Relationship management with multiple stakeholders, taking accountability to deliver software solutions and getting development team commitment.
* Suggest and promote process improvements.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or other related areas or equivalent work experience.
* Experience with Software Development.
* Leadership experience in software development projects.
* Hands-on profile, actively involved in technical and architectural discussions.
