Attend to customers who have telephone products, who contact to request information, offers, discounts, or cancellation of their products.
The young person will provide service in a cordial and objective manner, perform actions on the customer's line to identify and resolve customer dissatisfaction, solving doubts and reversing cancellations.
* Training can be in two modalities: Home Office - necessary computer or notebook with internet access; or in-person at Atento do Cabula;

* Ensure good service through effective communication, always prioritizing customer satisfaction;
* Identify customer needs for adequate and resolvable service, according to established procedures;
* Analyze various situations presented by the customer, bringing the best solution with substantiated arguments;
* Be between 18 and 22 years old;
* Have a voter's title;
* Have a Military Certificate/Reservist (exclusive to males);
* Have a high school diploma or higher education (school transcript, certificate of completion);
* Have a complete high school diploma (it will be a differential to have a higher education degree in areas like Marketing, Commercial Management, Foreign Trade);
* Have courses focused on sales, negotiation, argumentation, oratory, survey, public service, telemarketing techniques, Word, Excel, typing, and Office package;
* Have good verbal fluency and persuasion power;
* Have negotiation and argumentation skills;
* Be proactive;
* Focus on the customer;
* Have assertive communication;
* Be resilient;
* Have time management skills;
* Have skills in handling integrated service systems;
* Have experience with sales or customer retention (it will be a differential, but the opportunity extends to candidates looking for their first job);
* Have basic computer knowledge and typing skills;
* Be available to perform training at Home Office (with a computer or notebook, internet access, and a headset with a microphone);
* Be available to participate in in-person training at Atento Cabula;
* Be available to work in-person at Atento Cabula;

150 hours/month | 5x2 schedule with weekends off.
