We are seeking a highly skilled AI Automation Specialist to join our team. As an AI Automation Specialist, you will be responsible for eliminating manual work and building smart, reliable workflows across the business.
The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in automation/ops/systems roles, hands-on experience with no-code/low-code tools, strong business process thinking, and clear English communication.
In this role, you will build AI-powered automations for marketing, operation, CS reporting system throughout the company. You will also connect tools like Shopify , Asana , Google Workspace , Zendesk.
