Job Title: Agile Team Facilitator
We are seeking a seasoned Scrum Master to join our Product & Engineering environment. This is a hands-on role ideal for professionals who are comfortable working with distributed teams and collaborating closely with Agile leadership.
About the Opportunity
This long-term project requires an experienced Scrum Master to support one to two Scrum teams and contribute to the continuous improvement of Agile practices.
* Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies ensuring alignment with Agile principles.
* Support and guide one Scrum team with potential responsibility for a second team.
* Partner with an enterprise Agile Coach to improve team performance and delivery.
* Assist with the implementation and adoption of SAFe practices.
* Identify, escalate, and help remove impediments impacting team progress.
* Foster a culture of continuous improvement through experimentation and feedback.
Required Skills & Experience
To be successful in this role, you should have:
* 2+ years of experience as a dedicated Scrum Master.
* Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Scrum of Scrums).
* Familiarity with SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework); certifications are a strong plus.
* Experience working with Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar.
* Proven ability to manage stakeholder expectations and navigate team conflicts.
* Experience working with distributed, global teams.
