The ideal candidate will be fluent inSpanish and English, withPortuguese as a strong preference, and will serve as the first point of contact for clients, ensuring a smooth intake and client communication experience.Key Responsibilities Answer and route high volumes of incoming calls in Spanish and English with professionalism and empathy Take detailed messages and leave accurate notes for attorney/client callbacks Manage front desk operations, including greeting walk-ins and handling inquiries Provide support during high-traffic periods and maintain a calm, composed demeanor with frustrated or emotional clients (usually during the intake process).
