Marketing Technology Transformation Manager
We're seeking an experienced leader to drive the Marketing Technology Transformation across LATAM — encompassing the rollout of Single Customer View (SCV), Loyalty Delivery, and Marketing Automation programs.
* Develop and execute a comprehensive program strategy for SCV, Loyalty, and Marketing Automation initiatives.
* Manage timelines, budgets, risks, and interdependencies across multiple LATAM markets.
* Serve as the primary liaison between global and regional teams (Marketing, IT, Data, and external vendors).
* Oversee project governance, reporting, and agile processes to ensure transparency and efficiency.
* Track KPIs, guarantee delivery quality, and facilitate change management and adoption.
About Us:
Our organization values innovation and customer-centricity. The ideal candidate possesses 10+ years in program or project management, preferably within digital or marketing technology transformation. They should have experience managing multi-country programs with cross-functional teams and understanding of MarTech ecosystems (CDP/SCV, Loyalty, Automation tools). Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills are essential. Fluency in English is required; Spanish or Portuguese is desirable. PMP, Prince2, or Agile certification is a plus.
