 
        
        As a key member of our team, the IT Support Analyst will provide remote computer and IT system support for employees.
This position requires both excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.
The ideal candidate would be knowledgeable on a wide range of technology and adaptable enough to leverage it against various technical issues.
Key Responsibilities:
 1. Analyze issues and formulate solutions
 2. Troubleshoot system, application, and hardware issues
 3. Ensure customers are updated on ticket progress
 4. Work remotely with customers to solve problems
 5. Utilize internal IT knowledge base to provide and find solutions to known issues
 6. Use external information to research and resolve issues when needed
 7. Consistently update the ticket tracking system with status and fixes
 8. Properly escalate issues to necessary parties as required
Qualifications and Skills:
 * Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or equivalent program preferred, or proven track record of IT experience
 * Knowledge delivering IT solutions within corporate environments
 * Experience working in mixed Mac and Windows environments
 * Desired qualifications include experience in advertising and/or marketing industries
 * Centrally managed computer environments and A/V environment support experience a plus
