Investor Services Manager - Rio de JaneiroFund Administration | Client Experience | Team LeadershipWe're looking for a confident Investor Services professional who can lead a team, keep clients happy, and ensure investor activity runs smoothly from onboarding to reporting.What You'll OwnLead & develop a team — drive performance, capacity planning, coaching, and engagementInvestor transaction oversight — approve subscriptions/redemptions, distributions, capital calls, and ensure accurate cash reconciliationsClient onboarding & KYC/AML — ensure smooth setup with full compliance checksClient management — be the main point of contact for investor services queries and SLA deliveryOperational excellence — streamline processes, enhance systems, and champion continuous improvementCompliance alignment — maintain regulatory accuracy, resolve issues, and support audits/reportingCross-functional collaboration — partner with Fund Accounting, Middle Office and Compliance teams to support the full NAV cycleWhat You Bring7+ years' experience in investor services or fund administrationSolid understanding of AML/KYC and regulatory requirements (Cayman Islands knowledge is a plus)Proven success leading a team and managing client relationshipsStrong documentation accuracy and high attention to detailCalm, confident communicator — able to simplify complex investor mattersTech-comfortable: Microsoft 365 and investor portal systemsEnglish fluency (Portuguese beneficial for LATAM engagement)
