Marketing Coordinators play a vital role in ensuring the smooth execution of client work by managing internal communication and task coordination.
The primary objective of this role is to support the team in delivering high-quality marketing materials across all service offerings.
To achieve this, Marketing Coordinators work closely with designers, copywriters, media buyers, and other team members to develop project briefs, set up tasks, track timelines, and ensure deliverables meet client requirements.
Main Objectives:
* Internal Team Coordination: Coordinate with creatives and production teams to develop high-quality marketing materials.
* Resource Planning and Execution: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring all deliverables are completed on time and meet client requirements.
* Organization and Internal Communication: Stay organized and proactive in scheduling internal kickoff meetings, assigning tasks, and setting deadlines to keep projects moving efficiently.
* Task Management: Ensure task trackers and teamwork spaces are accurate and updated daily.
