Enterprise Risk Manager Position
We are seeking a skilled Enterprise Risk Manager to lead our risk management framework across the organization.
* Develop and maintain an effective enterprise risk management program, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements.
* Conduct regular risk assessments, including stress testing, scenario analysis, and capital adequacy evaluations.
* Prepare and support accurate and timely regulatory disclosures.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead governance and oversight of margin-account operations, including risk policies, LTV ratios, haircut methodologies, and collateral valuation.
* Monitor key risk indicators and escalate breaches to senior management.
* Collaborate with Compliance, Finance, Operations, and Technology teams to promote a strong risk-aware culture.
The successful candidate will possess excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills. They will have experience in risk management, financial regulations, and compliance. A bachelor's degree in a related field is required, along with relevant professional certifications such as PRM or FRM.
