Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Product Strategist to drive the implementation of Loyalty and Marketing Automation platforms for LATAM markets.
This role will involve bridging marketing teams and technical delivery groups, ensuring business needs are translated into clear, actionable features.
* Develop and prioritize product roadmaps for Loyalty and Marketing Automation initiatives.
* Write clear project plans, user stories, and acceptance criteria; maintain documentation in Confluence.
* Collaborate with global and local teams to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions.
* Ensure seamless integration with the Single Customer View (SCV) and adherence to data governance best practices.
* Facilitate agile ceremonies and ensure timely, value-driven delivery.
Requirements:
* 5–8 years' experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar in marketing tech or CRM.
* Strong grasp of Agile methodology and sprint management.
* Familiarity with MarTech tools – CDPs, loyalty/promo engines, and automation platforms.
* Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish or Portuguese.
* Agile certification (CSPO, SAFe PO/PM) is a plus.
