In this role, you will be responsible for administering and optimizing Microsoft Teams, including channels, policies, integrations, and APIs. You will also automate processes and recommend engineering improvements, monitor alerts, analyze root causes, and implement solutions.
To succeed in this role, you will need strong experience with Microsoft Teams, M365, and integrations, as well as proficiency in PowerShell/MS Graph and experience managing applications, APIs, and automation. Knowledge of RCA (Root Cause Analysis) and service improvement is also essential.
