The team is currently working on building reports in Power BI and needs someone who is highly data-oriented and understands business context—not just a report builder.The ideal candidate should be able to:Help build and refine metrics and reportingAnalyze data and provide meaningful insightsIdentify areas of concern and highlight issuesRedefine and improve existing reports and analysisExtract data, work with Excel, and be hands-on with dataNot necessarily a Power BI expert or data engineer, but comfortable working with data directlyIdeal Candidate Profile:Minimum 5 years of experienceStrong understanding of workflows, processes, and flowchartsAbility to work closely with business teamsSalesforce.com experience is highly preferredExperience measuring sales team performance and understanding where data residesAbility to assess process metrics and behavioral metrics (e.g., ensuring accurate data entry across sales organizations)Capable of telling a clear story through data and explaining discrepancies in current reportingBachelor’s degree is a plusExperience in companies like VMware would be beneficial
