Designer
Within STADSBADER CONTRACTORS we have an in-house design and engineering service that supports project execution with correct plans and designs. We are looking for a designer for this department.
Responsibilities
* Convert client assignments into digital designs using Strakon and AutoCAD.
* Create technical plans such as reinforcement, formwork, and site layout plans; include execution-ready detail drawings.
* Determine quantities, such as volumes and weight of concrete and reinforcement.
* Produce 3D models and align with the BIM coordination model.
* Coordinate design with Project Managers and clients to align on the plan.
* Work with Topography and support project teams in BIM tooling; collaborate with Stability Engineers.
* Prepare As-Built plans and OTL-compliant As-Builts.
Jouw profiel
* Minimum A2 diploma in a technical field.
* Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience.
* Strong knowledge of AutoCAD; knowledge of Strakon and/or Revit is a plus.
* Detail-oriented, precise, and with good analytical insight.
* Ability to work autonomously on projects with entrepreneurial spirit.
* Good command of Dutch; basic French is a plus.
* Willing to work from one of our three offices: Neder-Over-Heembeek, Sint-Truiden, or Eke.
