Research Innovation&Developpt RIO DE JANEIRO-RIO METROPOLITAN CTR(BRA) Brazil - Support during the auditing process, ensuring the adherence between the project cost and its evidence to the ANP Regulation. The position shall also ensure the good organization of all required information related to each individual project, building, and maintaining a robust data structure to guarantee no issues during internal and external audits. - Perform monthly the accounting conciliation, evaluating the adherence between the realized figures and the budget assumption, and guaranteeing the correct allocation of costs accordingly to the ANP Regulation and TotalEnergies OneTech R&D recommendations. - Support the consolidation and analyses of TotalEnergies EP Brazil R&D Budget and PDCs, providing accurate and good quality financial data on due time. - Support on the closure and release of the Financial Report of all Projects signed. - Issue monthly reports of OPEX actuals versus budget and latest forecast. - Support to TotalEnergies EP Brazil R&D Technical Leads on the management of costs and hours allocation per project. - Support on the updating of TEEPBR 1% ANP Obligation Report. Context and environment - ANP requires Oil Company’s based in Brazil their full compliance with the 1% levy obligation through local and eligible R&D investments - TotalEnergies EP Brazil is required to be fully compliant with ANP Regulation to avoid important fines and to ensure TotalEnergies EP Brazil license to operate - Degree in Production Engineering, Economics, Business Administration or Accounting. - Broad understanding on ANP Technical Regulation 3/2015 and other R&D incentives in Brazil. - Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills. - Effective organizational abilities to effectively manage their time and work activities, - Ability to multitask and meet constant deadlines. - Willingness to work long hours, when necessary. - Intermediate level in English language, at least.
