Scrum Master Opportunity
Our organization is seeking a Scrum Master to join our Product and Engineering environment, supporting one to two Scrum teams. The successful candidate will contribute to the continuous improvement of Agile practices.
* Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies ensuring alignment with Agile principles
* Support and guide one Scrum team with potential responsibility for a second team
* Partner with an enterprise Agile Coach to improve team performance and delivery
* Assist with the implementation and adoption of SAFe practices
* Identify escalate and help remove impediments impacting team progress
* Foster a culture of continuous improvement through experimentation and feedback
Key Responsibilities:
* Work closely with mid-level managers and cross-functional team members across multiple regions
* Proven ability to manage stakeholder expectations and navigate team conflicts
Required Skills & Experience
* Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies including Scrum and Scrum of Scrums
* Familiarity with SAFe Scaled Agile Framework certifications are a strong plus
* Experience working with Agile tools such as Jira Confluence or similar
