About The Role
We are actively seeking a talented and experienced Designer with a 360‑degree approach to join our dynamic team at Sporty Group. As the Social Media Designer you will create visually captivating and engaging video and photo content for our social media platforms, primarily focusing on sports and casino-related themes. You should have a strong portfolio that demonstrates outstanding artwork and compelling visual storytelling, with a flair for football and a keen awareness of current trends.
What You'll Be Doing
Create engaging static, motion, and video content for platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and YouTube, with a focus on sports and casino.
Develop pages, posts, and applications that align with target audience preferences, capturing attention and driving interaction.
Collaborate with clients and the Social Media Manager to brainstorm, design graphics, visuals, and videos, leveraging football‑related themes.
Work closely with the team to develop effective campaigns aligned with company marketing objectives, infusing football‑related creativity.
Ensure all online content adheres to branding guidelines, legal requirements, and the company’s football‑centric standards.
What You'll Bring
Fluent in Portuguese with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Portuguese and English.
Proven experience as a Designer with a portfolio showcasing visually compelling video, motion, and photo content for social media, focused on football.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.).
In‑depth knowledge of social media platforms, best practices, and ability to adapt content to each platform with football elements.
Strong visual storytelling skills and keen eye for aesthetics.
Collaborative ability with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
Strong project management skills, handling multiple projects and meeting deadlines.
Creative thinker capable of generating innovative concepts for social media campaigns with football‑related designs, memes, and internet culture.
Self‑motivated and proactive, staying up to date with design trends.
Ability to work in our São Paulo office up to 3 days per week.
