Join our fast growing company as an English speaking Customer Support Representative with English C1 and Spanish C1 language skills.
It is a remote full time position .
Start date: ASAP
Schedule: flexible, 5 days per week working and 2 days off
(determined by the client 1 week in advance)
Hours:
7 am - 4 pm PST
8 am - 5 pm PST
9 am - 6 pm PST
10 am - 7 pm PST
11 am - 8 pm PST
12 pm - 9 pm PST
(rotational, determined by the client 1 week in advance)

* Compensation –$750/month during probation period(2 month), $750 + up to $100 for reaching KPIs after probation.

Your responsibilities:
* Answer tickets (email and chats) via Impress CRM systems in English and Spanish
* Phone support in English and Spanish
* Processing customer inquiries regarding payment and appointments, as well as
cancellations
* Processing needs-specific customer requests & complaints
* Handling social media requests in English and Spanish
* Managing and maintaining customer data in the clients systems
* Perform any additional tasks requested by your Supervisor
* Report to senior management.
You are our perfect candidate if you:
* English at the C1 level;
speaking and writing
* Super comfortable with calls
* Organized and dedicated
* Previous Customer Support experience (on calls with English speakers)
* Excellent communication skills
* G-suite knowledge
* Experience with HubSpot and Aircall is a plus
* Knowledge of medical terms
* Ability to remain focused while working remotely.
* Have a backup Internet, powerbanks, etc. to work without interruptions
