 * Develop and maintain strategic relationships with clients, focusing on recruitment projects in the Americas region.
 * Lead end-to-end recruitment projects: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating placements of top talent.
 * Pursue new business opportunities by collaborating with cross-functional teams, pitching tailored recruitment solutions, and expanding our market presence.
 * Work closely with regional recruitment teams to ensure seamless delivery and client satisfaction.
 * Provide expert advice to clients on talent market trends, salary benchmarks, and recruitment best practices.
Requirements:
 * 4+ years of recruitment or consulting experience, ideally in an agency setting.
 * Strong business development skills with a proven track record in client management.
 * In-depth knowledge of the LATAM talent landscape, labor laws, and cultural nuances.
 * Fluent in both English and Portuguese (written and spoken).
 * A self-starter mindset: comfortable working independently with autonomy and delivering results.
