This person should be excited, interested, and working with AI tools to increase marketing efficacy and operations. If you’re a creative growth hacker with experience leveraging Email marketing, LinkedIn, Product Hunt/Betalist, X (Twitter), and Reddit to generate buzz and traction, we want to talk to you! The role generally focuses on organic growth, not paid marketing, although paid marketing experience is a plus.You’ll work closely with founders, helping them craft and execute product marketing strategies that fuel their growth from zero to one.What You’ll DoDevelop and execute multi-channel product marketing strategies for early-stage startups.Search, vet, and leverage AI tools to increase marketing efficacy and productivity.Craft and run email marketing sequences to nurture leads and activate users.Leverage LinkedIn for B2B outreach, content marketing, and engagement.Plan and execute Product Hunt & Betalist launches, ensuring maximum visibility and conversions.Build and manage Twitter/X growth strategies, including content, engagement, and influencer outreach.Launch and manage Reddit marketing campaigns (organic + paid), including engagement in relevant subreddits.Conduct user research and competitive analysis to refine messaging and positioning.Optimize acquisition funnels and retention strategies to maximize activation and long-term growth.Track performance metrics, run experiments, and iterate for continuous improvement.Who You Are2+ years of experience in product marketing, growth marketing, or a related role.Excited about AI and using AI tools to automate and improve marketing operations.Proven track record of email marketing success (e.g., cold outreach, nurturing, automation).Strong experience using LinkedIn for B2B growth and lead generation.Familiarity with Product Hunt, Betalist, and X (Twitter) for product launches and community engagement.Deep understanding of Reddit marketing strategies (e.g., AMA campaigns, subreddit engagement).Analytical mindset with experience in A/B testing, conversion rate optimization, and growth experiments.Ability to craft compelling content and messaging that resonates with startup audiences.Comfortable working in a fast-paced, startup environment with multiple projects.Why Join OneSeven Tech?OneSeven Tech is a digital product studio for startups and enterprises.
