Financial Analyst and Deal Manager
As a key contributor to our investment banking team, you will work closely with senior partners to execute high-profile mergers and acquisitions and private capital raise transactions. Your responsibilities will include advanced financial modeling, deal execution support, pitchbook and presentation development, market and industry research, mentorship, and process optimization.
* Key Responsibilities:
o Develop complex financial models to assess various capital structures and valuation scenarios.
* Deal Execution Support:
o Collaborate directly with clients, advisors, and internal senior partners to provide regular updates on deal progress.
* Pitchbook and Presentation Development:
o Create high-impact pitch materials and management presentations that effectively communicate complex financial information.
* Market and Industry Research:
o Conduct in-depth industry analyses to monitor key competitive trends and macroeconomic factors that impact business growth.
* Mentorship and Team Coordination:
o Oversee and guide junior analysts in research and modeling best practices, ensuring seamless integration into the team.
