Key Responsibilities:

* Design and execute localized marketing strategies to attract doctors and patients to new healthcare organizations.

* Collaborate with the recruitment and client teams to understand doctor profiles, community needs, and positioning strategies.

* Run digital paid campaigns to build awareness and trust, including Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
">
* Manage content creation, including bios, testimonials, and practice spotlights, with a focus on human-centered storytelling.

* Establish marketing processes and systems that can be replicated across multiple regions and healthcare organizations.
">
* Measure and optimize campaigns based on data, including patient sign-ups, website visits, and cost per acquisition.

Requirements:

* 5+ years of marketing experience, with a strong focus on B2B and B2C strategies.

* Good level of English (main work language serving North American clients).

* Experience in marketing agencies or start-ups.

* B2B + B2C experience.
