About the Role:
The primary objective of this position is to establish and maintain strong business relationships with hotels in a designated portfolio. Key responsibilities include optimizing inventory, negotiating rates, and analyzing demand data to maximize conversion and competitiveness.
Main Responsibilities:
* Build Strong Relationships: Develop and maintain effective relationships with hotel clients to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
* Inventory Optimization: Collaborate with the Reservations Center to optimize room inventory, availability, and pricing strategies.
* Negotiation and Rate Management: Negotiate contracts with hotels to ensure competitive rates and maximum occupancy.
* Demand Analysis: Analyze market trends and booking patterns using internal tools to inform product offerings and marketing strategies.
* Online Marketing and Sales: Provide guidance on online marketing and direct sales initiatives to drive revenue growth.
* Business Development: Identify opportunities for new products, services, or partnerships to enhance the hotel's competitiveness and revenue potential.
Requirements:
* Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of experience in hotel sales or a related field.
* Educational Background: Degree in tourism or a related field.
* Customer Orientation: Strong customer service skills and ability to build rapport with hotel clients.
* Negotiation Skills: Effective negotiation and communication skills to achieve desired outcomes.
* Language Proficiency: Advanced level of English language proficiency.
