About the position: We are looking for a Marketing Specialist who will be responsible for shaping and executing engaging digital campaigns that elevate Free Fire Esports online presence.
This role focuses on developing innovative social media strategies, content initiatives, and promotional activations that connect with players and fans.
The ideal candidate will work closely with agencies, influencers, and internal teams to create compelling content, maximize engagement, and grow the community.

Responsibilities: Design and execute digital campaigns that promote esports tournaments, player stories, and community initiatives.Identify and collaborate with influencers, streamers, and content creators to expand reach and engagement.Monitor and react to community sentiment, tailoring content to maximize audience connection.Develop and implement a strategic content plan for Free Fire Esports across key digital platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Twitter, etc.
).Create and oversee content calendars, ensuring timely and high-impact execution of posts, videos, and live coverage.Drive engagement through interactive content formats, including memes, challenges, polls, and real-time responses to trending topics.Collaborate with designers, video editors, and agencies to develop high-quality assets optimized for social platforms.Ensure brand consistency and alignment with esports narratives, tournaments, and community conversations.Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as engagement rates, impressions, video views, and follower growth.Use data-driven insights to refine content strategies and enhance performance.Experiment with new content formats, social media trends, and emerging digital platforms.Stay ahead of esports and gaming content trends to maintain Free Fire's leadership in online engagement Main job requirements: Education: Completed higher education.
Desirable in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Social Media, or related fields.Experience: Solid experience in social media marketing, content creation, or esports promotions.
Strong understanding of gaming culture, community dynamics, and content trends.
Experience in esports, gaming, entertainment, or digital media is highly preferred.Portfolio demonstrating successful social media campaigns and content strategies.Languages: Fluent Portuguese and EnglishSpecific tool skills: Desirable experience project management and social media tracking toolsSoft Skills: High creativity and a passion for innovation, strong organizational skills, excellent communication and storytelling abilities, ability to understand player psychology and create resonant campaigns, proactive and adaptable to fast-paced environments.Passionate about the gaming universe;Available to work in person at our office in São Paulo, SP.
