We are seeking an experienced professional to fill the role of a Scrum Master. In this position, you will work closely with distributed teams and Agile leadership to facilitate efficient processes and continuous improvement.
Key responsibilities include facilitating all Scrum ceremonies, guiding one Scrum team, partnering with an enterprise Agile Coach to enhance team performance and delivery, and identifying and escalating impediments that may impact team progress.
To be successful in this role, you will require 2+ years of experience as a dedicated Scrum Master, strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Scrum of Scrums), familiarity with SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework), and experience working with Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar.
