Front-End Developer
The Front-End Developer is responsible for implementing animations and digital interfaces across multiple platforms, using HTML5 animation tools (such as Hype), programmatic media delivery platforms, and internal rich media frameworks.
This role involves translating layouts and mockups into functional, responsive code, working closely with designers, motion designers, and other developers to ensure visual consistency, high performance, and seamless integration within the team's creative and technical workflows.
Key Responsibilities
Develop animations, banners, and interactive components across different platforms, ensuring high visual and technical quality.
Review and interpret mockups, PSD files, and prototypes, converting them into optimized and responsive code.
Participate in alignment meetings with the creative team, contributing technical ideas and improvements.
Demonstrate autonomy in learning new platforms and tools without relying exclusively on formal training.
Ensure best practices in clean code, asset organization, and version control using Git.
Collaborate with other developers on code reviews and process standardization.
Meet deadlines with quality and proactivity, managing priorities and communicating blockers in advance.

Technical Requirements
Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
Experience with digital animation platforms (e.g., Hype)
Familiarity with modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Vue, etc.)
Functional/intermediate English for technical interactions
Familiarity with build tools (Webpack, Babel, Sass)
Ability to understand creative workflows and translate them into technical solutions
Strong attention to detail and commitment to deadlines
