We are seeking a Last Mile Payments Coordinator for our Brazil Transportation team. The Payment and Dispute Coordinator will manage all payments to EDSPs (External Delivery Service Providers), including handling payment disputes, ensuring a seamless payment experience for our partners. Continuous operational improvement is a key part of this role.

Key Responsibilities
* Manage payments to EDSPs and resolve payment disputes
* Own the last mile partners' payment experience
* Monitor and improve payment performance metrics
* Collaborate with Procurement to adjust node costs
* Engage with internal and external teams
* Ensure compliance with global payment process standards
* Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, including benchmarking with other regions
Basic Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Administration, Operations, or related fields
* Proficiency in MS Office, especially advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, formulas, pivot tables, macros)
* Experience with P&L analysis
* Fluent in Portuguese and proficient in English writing
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience in Logistics and Transportation
