Basic Functions and Responsibilities includes, but are not limited to:
* Supporting the sales team in generating and nurturing leads in national and international markets;
* Contributing tothe mapping and analysis of business opportunities in the clinical research sector;
* Participating in global market dynamics, supporting the identification of trends and competitive movements;
* Supporting the Business Development Manager in interactions with clients and strategic partners;
* Registeringandkeeping prospect and client information updated in CRM systems.
Primary Activities include, but are not limited to:
* Conducting market research to identify potential clients and expansion opportunities;
* Qualifying leads and contributing to the sales funnel through structured approaches;
* Supporting the preparation of presentations, proposals, and support materials for sales meetings;
* Collaborating in the analysis of sales data and the construction of performance reports;
* Participating in internal meetings and, when applicable, in contacts with clients and partners;
* Monitoring events and trends in the clinical research sector that may influence the sales strategy;
* Contributing tothe maintenance and updating of databases and prospecting materials.
Requirements:
* University degree in any career related to Administration, Engineering, International Relations, Economics, Finance, Pharmacy, Biomedicine, etc;
* Advanced English (required) - the position demands fluent communication in an international environment;
* Good verbalandwritten communication skills;
* Proactive, organized, and results-oriented profile;
* Interest inthehealthcare and clinical research sector;
* Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic knowledge of Artificial Intelligence tools.
* Previous experience in sales prospecting is desirable;
* Familiaritywith CRM tools (e.G., RD Station, Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.);
