For more information, click here.What You Will DoThe Senior Finance Analyst provides financial support for Supply Chain North America, including forecasting, performance tracking (Budget vs Actuals), and identifying productivity initiatives to invest in business growth.Key ResponsibilitiesMonthly closing activities, including Journal Entries, Intercompany Cross Charges, and BvA explanations.Provide regular financial support to Business Partners, ensuring compliance with budget targets and identifying productivity opportunities.Provide financial insights and recommendations for informed decision-making.Identify and propose process improvements with cross-functional teams through effective communication.Perform quarterly close and forecast activities, including regional financial consolidation and analysis for regional and global reporting.Support capital projects' financial deliverables and controls.Required QualificationsFluent in EnglishBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field3-5 years of experience in financial analysis or related areaStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsProficiency in Microsoft Excel, including modeling and data consolidationAbility to identify, recommend, and implement process improvementsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsTeamwork abilityKnowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and financial planningUnderstanding of data visualization tools and principlesExperience with SAP and OneStreamWhat’s In It For YouCompetitive benefits packagePaid holidays, vacation, volunteer time, summer Fridays, and moreLearning and development opportunitiesEmployee resource groupsKenvue is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
