Required Skills & Qualifications:- Experience: 5+ years in a Software Engineering role.- Language: Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.- Software Development Proficiency: Strong background in software engineering with proficiency in GoLang or Python. You should be comfortable with object-oriented programming, data structures, REST API design, and writing testable, production-quality code (not just operational scripts).- DevSecOps Expertise: Proven experience implementing security best practices in a CI/CD environment. Familiarity with automated security scanning, secrets management (e.G., HashiCorp Vault), and compliance automation.- Containerization & Orchestration: Expert-level knowledge of Kubernetes, Docker, and Helm. Experience with Service Meshes like Istio or Linkerd is a plus.- Cloud Platforms: Proficiency with either GCP or AWS services.- CI/CD & GitOps: Deep experience with CI/CD platforms like GitLab/GitHub Actions and Jenkins.- Infrastructure as Code: Hands-on experience with Terraform.- Observability & Monitoring: Proven experience with the Prometheus/Grafana/Loki stack for monitoring, logging, and alerting.- Full Stack: A solid understanding of full-stack development principles to effectively support development teams.Bonus Qualifications:- Experience with GitOps tools such as Argo CD or Flux.- Relevant certifications, such as AWS/GCP Certified.- Familiarity with other observability tools like Jaeger or OpenTelemetry.
