Job Title: ServiceNow Developer
We seek an experienced ServiceNow developer to support and enhance our ServiceNow environment.
* Develop and maintain ITSM workflows and modules.
* Perform platform administration tasks including user management, roles, and permissions.
* Assist in integrations and customizations as needed.
* Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to deliver solutions.
* Participate in testing and deployment activities.
* Ensure best practices in coding, testing, and deployment.
* Troubleshoot and resolve platform issues.
* Maintain documentation for development and configuration.
Required Skills & Qualifications
To excel in this role you should have:
* 3-5 years of ServiceNow development experience with ITSM focus.
* Experience with platform administration and configuration.
* Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, and ServiceNow scripting.
* Familiarity with ITIL processes and best practices.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Ability to establish strong relationships internally and externally.
* Experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
* Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
* Desired Certifications: Certified System Administrator (CSA), Certified Application Developer (CAD).
Benefits
This position offers a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $82,500.
The estimated annual salary range is based on a 40-hour workweek and assumes the specified hourly rate remains consistent throughout the year.
